৮. Design Tips
- Bleed 3mm সব দিকে (die-cut এ কাটার জন্য safety)

- Text minimum 6 pt (আরও ছোট print এ blur)
- Barcode: minimum 20 mm wide, quiet zone সহ
- Vector logo (Illustrator .ai / .svg), raster হলে 300 DPI
৯. Application Tips
- ✅ Surface dry ও clean থাকতে হবে
- ✅ Bubble না তুলতে squeegee ব্যবহার
- ✅ Cold surface (fridge) এ adhesion কমে যায় — warm করে লাগান
- ✅ Curved surface এ vinyl (paper না)
১০. Common Mistakes
- ❌ Water-proof না ভেবে paper sticker outdoor use
- ❌ Bleed ছাড়া design → cut এ white edge
- ❌ Fridge product এ regular adhesive → খুলে পড়ে
- ❌ Roll direction ভুল → dispenser মেশিনে fit হয় না
- ❌ Custom die এর MOQ ও setup cost না জেনে quote নেওয়া
